Destruction Method

6. Provision of Data to Third Parties & International Transfer

The Company does not provide personal data collected from general website activity, including pre-contractual inquiries for Domestic Agent designation (e.g., initial consultation requests, or general contact forms), to any external third parties or Global Client Companies. The handling of confidential and sensitive information after an agency contract is signed is governed by the specific Domestic Agent Services Agreement between Boosthub and the Client.

However, where Boosthub acts as the Domestic Agent for overseas game companies, the cross-border transfer of personal data is necessary to fulfill specific service requests or inquiries related to the client's game, which is legally considered a form of provision and international transfer under PIPA. This transfer is strictly limited to the data required for the client to provide the requested service or response.

Recipients (Transferee): Our Global Client Companies (Overseas Game Providers) for whom Boosthub is acting as the Domestic Agent.
Data Transferred: Data directly submitted by the user as part of a specific service request or inquiry regarding the Global Client's game, including necessary consultation requests, contact details, and technical logs relevant to that specific request.
Purpose of Transfer: To enable the Global Client to directly respond to inquiries or fulfill service obligations related to their products/services, in compliance with Korean law.
Transfer Location: The country where the Global Client is domiciled.

By accepting this Policy, you consent to this necessary cross-border transfer of your personal data when strictly required to fulfill the purpose of your specific inquiry or service request related to our clients.
